Manufacturing and warehouse building - EcoPlod Ltd., Veliko Tarnovo

In 2007 Lux Invest Ltd. built "Ekoplod-BG" LTD, Veliko Turnovo - a modern manufacturing facility along with a warehouse building – a modern cooling and freeze facility for fruits and vegetables.

The total built up area of the facility is 2 754.00 sq.m.

The construction of K ± 0, 00 comprises of metal structures, metal girders and metal columns; the walls and the roof were constructed by applying construction materials such as thermo panels.

Due to the high denivelation of the plot in some area of the building, a basement floor, made of concrete structure, was built.
