Lux Invest Ltd.

Ideal Standard, Sevlievo

In 2005 Lux Invest Ltd. realized a large investment project for "Ideal Standard” - a manufacturer of sanitary ceramics, based in the town of Sevlievo. A production building with total built up area 2400 sq.m. was built.

The building was made of metal columns and metal girders. The facades and the roof were made by applying installation of corrugated steel sheets with PVC coating and solid mineral wool filling.

The polished concrete flooring was further processed in order greater strength and resilience to be achieved. Special concrete fundamental elements and rail tracks were made for enabling the process of using of the high-tech construction equipment.

The construction project was executed for 75 days.
