Completed Projects
LUX Invest completed the construction of two residential buildings in Iztok district in Sofia, with total built up area of 6200 sq.m.
The modern architecture of this residential complex gives a new look to the area around and sets it apart from the other residential buildings in the same district.
The complex includes underground garages, retail and office premises, as well as apartments of different size and type.
Sofia
Captain Diado Nichola factory is located in the northern industrial zone of the town of Gabrovo.
It comprises of a production facility with total built up area of 5012 sq.m, and a 2755 sq.m warehouse, made of steel structures, sandwich panels and polished concrete floor coating.
The administrative building is a monolithic 3-floor concrete structure, with total area of 1848 sq.m.

The hall is with a built up area of 1851 sq. m. The construction is made of metal and the facade and the roof are made of thermo-panels. A covered corridor connects the production hall with the administrative building with a built up area of 214 sq. m.
At the north facade of the hall a public building of 92 sq. m . is constructed.

A new 3-storey production building, caldron room, a modern building for the staff, refregiration unit, raw material room, and 50 m3 water tank are built.
In order to meet the new sanitary requirements for milk products production, the other part of the company is totaly renovated. Because of the specification of the production, new double panels of non-rusty steel, hydro insulations, floor draining system and other materials, which meet the food industry standards,are invested.

In 2007 Lux Invest Ltd. built "Ekoplod-BG" LTD, Veliko Turnovo - a modern manufacturing facility along with a warehouse building – a modern cooling and freeze facility for fruits and vegetables.
The total built up area of the facility is 2 754.00 sq.m.
The construction of K ± 0, 00 comprises of metal structures, metal girders and metal columns; the walls and the roof were constructed by applying construction materials such as thermo panels.
