Completed Projects
Rakovski Business center is a modern 9-floor building with a total build up area of 4 662 sq.m. It includes 2-level underground parking (180 sq. m.), 3 retail floors (1 215 sq.m.), office areas (2 646 sq.m.).
The construction is made from reinforce concrete.
The construction works started in the begining of 2009 and at present the rough construction is finished and the finishing works are in process. The expected completion date is June 2010.

Villa Park hotel complex is an apart-hotel in the centre of the ski resort Borovets with a total built-up area of 7100 sq.m.
The hotel complex has 92 fully furnished studios and apartments of different type, also a spa centre and a swimming pool, a lobby bar and ski wardrobe lockers.

Strimon SPA Club is a 5 star hotel complex, situated in the center of Kyustendil.
The hotel has 75 rooms and apartments of different type and is one of the biggest SPA and Wellness complexes in south-western Bulgaria.
High quality materials and modern construction exterior methods have been used for the renovation of the building.
The building was constructed in the period 2005-2006.

In 2009 "Lux Invest Ltd. completed two big projects as part of the Operational Program "Regional Development", financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the state budget of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Prolet Qarter is located near the town of Gabrovo, in the "Maliova klada" district.
On a plot of 28 decares, 8 two-floor residential buildings are constructed. Each of them have a private garage and a yard of 1 500 sq m.
There is also a sport complex with a tennis court and a swiming pool as well as a section for the staff and the security officers.
In one part of the property a forest of about 5 decares is preserved.
