Lux Invest started new project. LIDL supermarket in Sofia.
On 7 December, 2009 Lux Invest Ltd. started the construction of the new supermarket LIDL in Sofia.
The store will be built on an area of 2000 sq.m and is located in Slivnitsa Ilinden district.
The construction will be made of monolith reinforced concrete with a roof with metal girders, roof underlayment and installation of roofing profiles and tin sheets, rock-wool and TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane.
Along with the supermarket, a parking lot with 125 parking spaces will be built and also a new road infrastructure.
In the surrounding area of the property a green belt will be created and for this purpose over 100 trees and shrubs of different species will be planted.
The construction is to be completed in May 2010.
