Lux Invest Ltd.

Construction of residential buildings is the primary investment sector of the "Lux Invest Ltd. investment policy. The completed residential projects are in the towns of Gabrovo, Sevlievo, Veliko Tarnovo and Sofia, and the total built up area of the condominiums is approximately 45000 sq. m.

Apart from its own projects, the company performs projects of builders and real estate investors. There are ongoing construction projects of modern residential buildings comprising nearly 100 apartments in Sofia, Sevlievo and Gabrovo.

Prolet Quarter

Prolet Qarter is located near the town of Gabrovo, in the "Maliova klada" district. On a plot of 28 decares, 8 two-floor residential buildings are constructed. Each of them have a private garage and a yard of 1 500 sq m. There is also a sport complex with a tennis court and a swiming pool as well as a section for the staff and the security officers. Residential building - Iztok destrict, Sofia

LUX Invest completed the construction of two residential buildings in Iztok district in Sofia, with total built up area of 6200 sq.m. The modern architecture of this residential complex gives a new look to the area around and sets it apart from the other residential buildings in the same district. The complex includes underground garages, retail and office premises, as well as apartments of different size and type.

Residential building in Vitosha district, Sofia.

The construction works of a new residential development in the centre of Vitosha residential district have started and the complex will include a residential building and a shopping centre. The beginning of the construction works was in August 2009 and the rough construction stage is due to be completed in the second half of 2011. The project of the complex includes an underground parking lot with 22 parking spaces, a two-storey shopping centre and 35 apartments of different type.
