Prolet Quarter

Prolet Qarter is located near the town of Gabrovo, in the "Maliova klada" district. On a plot of 28 decares, 8 two-floor residential buildings are constructed. Each of them have a private garage and a yard of 1 500 sq m. There is also a sport complex with a tennis court and a swiming pool as well as a section for the staff and the security officers. Residential building in Vitosha district, Sofia.

The construction works of a new residential development in the centre of Vitosha residential district have started and the complex will include a residential building and a shopping centre. The beginning of the construction works was in August 2009 and the rough construction stage is due to be completed in the second half of 2011. The project of the complex includes an underground parking lot with 22 parking spaces, a two-storey shopping centre and 35 apartments of different type.
