Ideal Standard

In 2005 Lux Invest Ltd. realized a large investment project for "Ideal Standard” - a manufacturer of sanitary ceramics, based in the town of Sevlievo. A production building with total built up area 2400 sq.m. was built. The building was made of metal columns and metal girders. Mechatronics Plant Gabrovo – Industrial Electronics manufacturer

Construction and renovation works included overall renovation of the production facilities, warehouses and administrative building. The facades and roofs of all the main blocks were executed by applying thermo panels, the window frame constructions were replaced and the electrical system was renovated.
