BenchMark Business Center

BenchMark Business Center is a modern office building with a remarkable architecture, situated on the main boulevard in Sofia - Tsarigradsko Shousse. The total buildt-up area of the project is 35 079 sq. m. The building is characterisized by the largest atrium in Bulgaria - 18 m. in diameter and 50 m. high. It has two retail floors, 14 office floors and two underground levels with 390 parking lots. The construction has been completed in the period April 2007 - October 2009.

Rakovski Business center
