Completed Projects
In 2007 Lux Invest Ltd. built "Ekoplod-BG" LTD, Veliko Turnovo - a modern manufacturing facility along with a warehouse building – a modern cooling and freeze facility for fruits and vegetables.
The total built up area of the facility is 2 754.00 sq.m.
The construction of K ± 0, 00 comprises of metal structures, metal girders and metal columns; the walls and the roof were constructed by applying construction materials such as thermo panels.

The Shoe Factory producing shoes under the brand name Arevik is located in the northern industrial zone of Gabrovo and its total built up area is 824 sq.m.
The basement area, where the sanitary premises are located, and the administrative premises comprise a building of monolithic concrete, while the second floor was constructed by applying the methods of metal structures and sandwich panels.

In 2005 Lux Invest Ltd. realized a large investment project for "Ideal Standard” - a manufacturer of sanitary ceramics, based in the town of Sevlievo. A production building with total built up area 2400 sq.m. was built.
The building was made of metal columns and metal girders. The facades and the roof were made by applying installation of corrugated steel sheets with PVC coating and solid mineral wool filling.

Construction and renovation works included overall renovation of the production facilities, warehouses and administrative building. The facades and roofs of all the main blocks were executed by applying thermo panels, the window frame constructions were replaced and the electrical system was renovated.
Suspending ceilings were installed and the flooring was made as polished concrete flooring with special epoxy coating.
