Completed Projects
BenchMark Business Center is a modern office building with a remarkable architecture, situated on the main boulevard in Sofia - Tsarigradsko Shousse. The total buildt-up area of the project is 35 079 sq. m.
The building is characterisized by the largest atrium in Bulgaria - 18 m. in diameter and 50 m. high.
It has two retail floors, 14 office floors and two underground levels with 390 parking lots.
The construction has been completed in the period April 2007 - October 2009.
Sofia
Rakovski Business center is a modern 9-floor building with a total build up area of 4 662 sq.m. It includes 2-level underground parking (180 sq. m.), 3 retail floors (1 215 sq.m.), office areas (2 646 sq.m.).
The construction is made from reinforce concrete.
The construction works started in the begining of 2009 and at present the rough construction is finished and the finishing works are in process. The expected completion date is June 2010.

Villa Park hotel complex is an apart-hotel in the centre of the ski resort Borovets with a total built-up area of 7100 sq.m.
The hotel complex has 92 fully furnished studios and apartments of different type, also a spa centre and a swimming pool, a lobby bar and ski wardrobe lockers.

Strimon SPA Club is a 5 star hotel complex, situated in the center of Kyustendil.
The hotel has 75 rooms and apartments of different type and is one of the biggest SPA and Wellness complexes in south-western Bulgaria.
High quality materials and modern construction exterior methods have been used for the renovation of the building.
The building was constructed in the period 2005-2006.
