The administrative and public buildings make up a substantial part of all the construction buildings performed by "Lux Invest" Ltd. Several major projects of business centers, hotels and schools were successfully realized which contributed significantly to the company’s image and its corporate identity among the leading companies in the construction industry.
Strimon SPA Club is a 5 star hotel complex, situated in the center of Kyustendil.
The hotel has 75 rooms and apartments of different type and is one of the biggest SPA and Wellness complexes in south-western Bulgaria.
High quality materials and modern construction exterior methods have been used for the renovation of the building.
The building was constructed in the period 2005-2006.
